My pool builder pretty much abandoned me with a damaged pool. Thank god for for Forsyth pools! Got my heater working correctly after finding the mistake the pool builder made. The pool service has been spot on and the communication incredible. Adrienne, thanks for putting up with all of my calls. I’ve been using Forsyth Pools for over 5 years now and I’ve NEVER had anything but great experiences with them. One in particular, on Christmas Eve we had a pipe burst in our house causing the main water to be shut off even until today. With the below freezing weather, our pool was already low for running the freeze protect and we couldn’t refill it since the main water was off. Thomas took my call on Christmas Eve and helped me make sure the skimmers, etc. would make it through the cold spell! I spoke with him multiple times that day. Always friendly, helpful and punctual and at a fair price. Thanks Thomas, greatly appreciated as always!
