I cannot say enough good things about Forsyth Pools. Been using using them for more than two years now and they are consistently reliable. The owner Thomas knows everything there is to know about pools and pool equipment. They can fix and repair pretty much anything you would need. I have a very large in ground saltwater pool in Cumming and over the years they have upgraded pool lighting, replaced pump, overhauled the filter, etc. they also perform my weekly maintenance.

Highly recommend!! We are a new customer and I'm blown away by their service and care. They are very responsive with great customer service, and INCREDIBLE work. 10/10 recommend.

If you are looking for a 1st class pool service company then Forsyth Pool Service is that company. It’s family owned by Adrienne and Thomas Ross and their service is outstanding and their prices are very reasonable. Most importantly to me as a first time pool owner is knowing if I have issues with the pool or equipment Adrienne,Thomas and their technicians provide fast response and quick problem resolution.

We've been with Forsyth Pools for a number of months now, and every week they always have kept our pool sparkling clean. The pool always looks amazing with every visit!!!! They are oh so very wonderful. They always show up on time. Never, ever bail on you. Their front support is always oh so very cordial and friendly every time Ive spoken to them. So nice. They've also cleaned our filter on our pool and have also done a superb job with that. What a wonderful breath of fresh air to have Forsyth Pools do such and excellent job week after week. I would definitely highly recommend them, always. Thank you oh so very much!!!

Up until a year ago, I constantly had problems with my pool from things breaking down to just not being able to keep up with the chemicals…. here we are a year later and our pool has never ran so well!!! This is all because of Forsyth Pools. Highly recommend them!!! I would give them more than five stars if that were available! We are now able to swim in our pool year round with never have to close it down for issues related to chemicals and other stuff. So grateful and thankful that I found Forsyth Pools. I am completely confident in their care of our pool. Thomas and Adrian are the upmost professionals and very quick to respond.

Forsyth Pools was awesome. I had a pool emergency and they were very responsive, even though I wasn’t a previous customer. They were able to send out a knowledgeable professional the next day who did a great job. They’re very affordable, professional, and courteous to work with.

WOW! Unbelievable how excellent these folks are! I really thought customer service had been lost until I discovered these folks. Long story short, my pool (in ground pool, diving ledge, spa, etc.) was installed less than a year ago and we utilized the builder’s “pool guy” for maintenance and upkeep for about 2 months before I realized he was a total goofball. I landed on Forsyth Pool because of an Internet search and I’m so glad I found them! They’ve not only maintained my saltwater pool they’ve corrected the situations the builder’s “pool guy” was supposed to handle. I can not express my gratitude towards Forsyth Pool enough! They even corrected issues under warranty and they didn’t have to. Very honest company and extremely knowledgeable people.

Forsyth Pools consistently does a phenomenal job with our pool. Timely, responsive and no added unnecessary fees/repairs. Professionals all around. Highly recommended.
